Interviewer instructions

All questions refer only to LIVE births.
If the answer to CM5 is 'Yes', enter the number of daughters who are alive but not living
with the respondent in the space provided. If the answer is 'None' for daughters (or if she
does not have any daughters who are alive), enter '00' in the space provided for daughters.

Since this question is asked only to women who have children alive who are not living with
them, either of the spaces should have a value higher than 00. For women who have been
