The useful area (for m2)of a flat shall be equal to the sum of the area of the flat(living room, working room) and supplemental rooms (corridor, kitchen, bathroom, toilets).
For the household written under the number one the areas of the useful area shall be the total sum of the useful areas of the flat and for the households under the number 2,3 and 4 it shall be the total sum of the area of the room in which they live in.
